Name changes are permitted until 21 June 2026 for an administrative fee of €50.
Cancellations must also be sent to WCAC2026@vu.nl:
- Cancellations received by 1 March 2026 will be refunded in full (100%).
- Cancellations received by 1 May 2026 will be refunded at 50%.
- After 1 May 2026, no refunds will be issued.

However, a replacement delegate may be nominated until 21 June 2026, subject to an administrative fee of €50. After this date, no further name changes will be accepted.
